JEWELLERY WARRANTY
This jewellery is guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from accidents (shock), lack of care or normal wear and tear. This guarantee does cover the loss of small diamonds (up to 0.05ct per diamond): if one of them falls off, we will replace it for you free of charge. If you have your purchase serviced during the warranty period, the melee replacement service and your general warranty are extended by one year with each service you perform. We recommend that our customers come in once a year to have their jewellery serviced. As the vast majority of our products are made to measure and personalised, their orders are not cancellable and cannot be returned to us for exchange or refund as described in these Terms and Conditions. This mainly concerns engagement rings and wedding rings, as well as jewellery that has been engraved and/or altered. Exceptions are possible for standard, non-altered designs, allowing for an exchange. Please contact our Customer Service to see if you are eligible. You have the right to cancel the order contract fourteen (14) days from the date you acquire physical possession of the products in your order. If you are a customer located in the European Union or the European Economic Area and you have made a purchase through our website, this is your legal right of withdrawal. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, all you need to do is withdraw before the expiry of the withdrawal period. To cancel the contract and return your product(s), you can contact our Customer Service and follow the instructions given to you. However, this does not apply to custom-made products, such as engagement rings or wedding rings, which are not cancelable, exchangeable or refundable.
